Data Deletion Instructions

PropQuotient respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request that we delete your account and the personal information associated with it, in line with our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data using either method below. So we can verify the request, please contact us from the email address associated with your PropQuotient account.

1. Email us at privacy@propquotient.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Use our contact form at /contact and select/state that you are requesting data deletion.

Please include the email address (and, if you signed in with Google or Facebook, the provider you used) so we can locate your account.

What we delete

Once we verify your request, we permanently delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your account record (name, email, and authentication identity, including Google or Facebook sign-in links)
• Your profile information
• Your saved preferences — selected districts ("scope") and saved benchmark views
• Usage records tied to your account (e.g. saved searches and viewing history)
• Marketing and contact submissions linked to your email

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary for legitimate business purposes, for example:

• Billing and transaction records (e.g. invoices and payment references held by our payment processor, Stripe) for the period required by tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.
• Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you (for example, market price statistics derived from public listings, which are not personal data).

Any retained records are kept only as long as required and are then deleted.

Timeframe

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request will take longer, we will let you know.

If you signed in with Google or Facebook

If you registered using Google or Facebook, you can revoke PropQuotient's access at any time from your Google Account or Facebook security settings. Note that revoking access stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete the data we already hold — to delete that data, please send a deletion request using the instructions above.
